We completed our activity from Friday.
Students learned about one of four areas of Sports Conditioning and Preventing Injuries to teach their group on Monday. Everyone is creating a booklet to explain the section. There are four areas: Sports conditioning and nutrition; proper gear and know your limits; treating injuries; and weather related injuries. Be neat, use color, and draw at least 3 pictures in each of the four sections. We will complete this on Monday.

Using the 5 Measures of Fitness information from yesterday, complete both sides of the fitness plan. Make sure to alternate measures of fitness on different days when working on the calendar.
Ex: Don't have two heart and lung endurance next to each other.
We had another wonderful speaker today from Canyon Creek Women's Crisis Center. There were great discussions about having healthy relationships.
Mr. Kroff and Mrs. Whiting our school counselors presented to us. They spoke about respect and harassment. We are so fortunate to have them here!
