How to create a cross-training schedule for 5 days alternating the 5 Measures of Fitness Students learned about one of four areas of Sports Conditioning and Preventing Injuries to teach their group on Monday. Everyone is creating a booklet to explain the section. There are four areas: Sports conditioning and nutrition; proper gear and know your limits; treating injuries; and weather related injuries. Be neat, use color, and draw at least 3 pictures in each of the four sections. We will complete this on Monday.
