We continued our discussion and activities regarding increasing one's self-esteem. We talked about not giving up (failures can lead to success) and squashing our negative thinking as it can affect all three sides of the health triangle. (Physical, mental/emotional, and social health)
I have to begin by saying how much I loved going outside at the end of school with all of the students. Mr. Lee plays Taps while the flag was being lowered. Everyone was so quiet and respectful. Cedar Middle is a great place to be!
